The masked and unidentified associate of Havoc arrived to save him from capture by the SSW Dynasty at the hands of Jacob Senn, and ever since then has served as his greatest ally in SSW. The two captured the "One Piece" and hold in their hands half of the ownership to SSW, with a promise to destroy the foundation of the company in the quest for their "goal", which they have yet to reveal!
