Gimmick:  Growing up in one of the highest crime rate prefectures in the nation, Zetai Segai has seen strife. His mother was killed on the streets, and his father, a former Marine Admiral was killed by Chinese pirates during a routine tour around the coast. Orphaned at the age of 12, Zetai Segai found nowhere else to go other than the military, enlisting as soon as possible at the age of 16 after 4 years of living on the streets. Zetai Segai served for 30 years in the military, retiring at the age of 46 as a General in the Japanese Army. Shortly after his retirement, Zetai Segai found peace in the world of wrestling.

However, his peace comes at the cost of others'. Zetai Segai believes in "Absolute Justice", serving as the judge, jury, and executioner alone. This was his philosophy in the military, with his confirmed kill count being a confidential matter for the government. And he has carried this philosophy over to the world of wrestling. Now contracted by the SSW Board in an enforcer rule, Zetai Segai has been given one and only one instruction - carry out our justice.

Zetai Segai has seemingly forsaken SSW and his former duty as the Daimyo to join "The Black Sun", attacking Masanori Kawada and Jaydayne Pendragon while declaring war on SSW.
